MassFLOW-3D™ simulation software, developed by the Norwegian company Complex Flow Design, provides detailed insights into turbidity currents.

Turbidity currents are the most important mechanism for the erosion, transport and deposition of sand in the deep-sea setting and the main phenomena leading to the formation of oil and gas reservoirs in deep-water settings.
